Aduki Seaweed Salad

Serve as a side dish with tempura or baked fish or eat as an appetizer with rice crackers.

  • 1 c Cooked Adzuki Beans (equiv 1/3 Cup dry)
  • 1⁄3 c sesame seeds
  • 4 t Shoyu
  • 2 t Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 2 T Chopped Laver or Dulse*

Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a heavy based pan or oven.

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
