Thai Salsa

A great salsa to serve with Vege Burgers, and as a condiment for soups, salads or barbecue. Also great with steamed fish, chicken, veges..... many uses for this simple salsa!

  • 1 small red capsicum
  • 1⁄2 t Grated Ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice of 1 lime
  • good pinch of salt
  • twist of freshly ground pepper

Dice the Capsicum and Garlic quite finely, and combine with lime juice, salt, pepper and ginger
 
Serve with sweet potato burgers, steamed fish or on Thai curry. 

Excellent with Sun's Sweet Potato and Polenta Burgers.
