Toby has been at Ripe for the past three years. If it weren't for Ripe, Toby would be on the streets for sure. He enjoys nights out at the disco, and spending time at home with his three cats.

Fotios describes himself as an active party animal, who enjoys all kinds of sports. Whilst working at Ripe over the past three years, Fotios has become a qualified nutritionist.

Sianna has been working at Ripe over the past three years, and is in charge of the cosmetics, cleaning products and body care range at Ripe in Prahran. A talented musician, Sianna was once a minor celebrity.

Craig is dedicated to the quality vegetable presentaions at Ripe, and has been working here for the past three years. Craig also works as a photographer and a curator.

Quietly dedicated to the fruit and vegetable displays at Ripe Prahran, we believe Dan is also a talented musician.

Since Ripe Prahran market opened 7 years ago, Paul has become known as the "Steve Irwin" of the Organics Industry.

When not lovingly stacking fruit at Ripe, Paul is often surfing the wild waves down the coast.

Andy has been going to the wholesale market in the middle of the night for longer than he cares to remember, hunting and gathering organic produce for us all to enjoy. Famous amongst the small children of Albert Park as "the apple man" Andy can also often be found at the St Kilda bowling club.

Paul and his brother Andy have been selling organic fruit and veg for over 15 years, first in St Kilda, then at Vic Market (Vic Market Organics), then also with Paul Smith at Ripe Prahran Market and  Albert Park.
